A5 Auto Care provides mobile auto detailing services, including exterior and interior cleaning, waxing, shampooing, and more as listed on our website and service packages. We reserve the right to modify or update services as necessary.
2. Service Areas
We offer services in the areas specified on our website. Additional charges may apply for services outside our standard service area.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other forms specified at checkout.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
5. Liability and Damages
While A5 Auto Care takes all necessary precautions to protect your vehicle during service, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages or conditions that may affect the outcome of our service. You must notify us of any specific concerns before service begins.
6. Personal Property
A5 Auto Care is not responsible for any personal property left inside the vehicle. Please ensure all personal items are removed prior to service.
7. Right to Refuse Service
A5 Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that poses safety concerns or presents hazards. If service cannot be performed, a refund will be issued for any deposit paid.
8. Changes to Terms
